Bertazzoni once had the best ice cream in town, but not anymore. The quality has deteriorated a lot. The ice cream is watery, doesn't taste that intense. But most of the time the owner bothers me with her cold, unfriendly manner

The "old woman" at the bar is never good. She probably had her last good day in 1987 and has been in a bad mood ever since. The ice cream is mega 😋. Sometimes you are served a bit rude ... that's a shame. Therefore a star 🌟 deduction.

Wouldn't recommend it !! the older lady who serves ice cream is very rude. Tried iced almonds on them ... awful !! The young lady in service is very polite and friendly.

Very tasty ice cream and interesting flavors, such as Sea buckthorn, cinnamon or pumpkin seed. The taste and the presentation of the ice cream (no piled icebergs above the containers) speak for a homemade ice cream without artificial additives.

Ate a Bertazzoni ice cream again for years. The ice is criss-crossed with really large ice crystals made of water. Bacio doesn't taste like nuts, vanilla doesn't taste like vanilla ... the ice cream gets watery way too quickly. So creamy from zero. Prefer other ice cream shops now. What a shame, I ate the first ice cream of my life at the Bertazzoni.

The ice cream tastes very delicious. You can sit very well outdoors. The order was picked up quickly and handled promptly. The staff was very nice and friendly and informed us well about this family business with its special ice cream making. Except for the buzzing bees, the atmosphere was very good. Highly recommended!

Rude and annoying-looking service with a harsh tone. I was here with my children and would have been better to go further. In addition to a hefty price of € 1.30 for a rather small ball not particularly tasty ice, here expects a rather sparse selection of flavors. These are more traditional in nature, but not necessarily bad. Bad was only the really unfriendly elderly lady who did not give you the feeling to be a welcome guest.
